Each 60-minute class is a complete experience, guiding you through a journey of self-discovery. We begin with pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm your nervous system, followed by a series of postures to build strength and flexibility. The class culminates in a deep relaxation session with a guided meditation, allowing you to let go of stress and reprogram your mind with positive intentions. All of this is set to meditative music to enhance your experience.
As a certified teacher from the Yoga Federation of Europe and a native Spanish speaker with a background in English education, I’m able to guide you with clear, precise instructions in English. This ensures you can fully immerse yourself in the practice, regardless of your native language.
